Please fill out the form below so we can prepare your dedication certificate.

The baby dedication will take place at basically the very beginning of the AM Service. Please have yourself, your spouse, and your child(ren) being dedicated seated on a front row of the Auditorium.

After a brief introduction, Pastor Jon will call up all the families to the platform for the dedication. Don't hesitate to come right up to the platform.

Pastor will say a brief word about what this dedication means, will present each family with a dedication certificate, then he will have a word of prayer for the families.

Following the prayer, the families will be dismissed from the platform, and nursery age children can be dropped off at their respective nurseries/classes.
 
The church will not be utilizing a photographer for this event, but you are welcome to enlist friends and/or family to take pictures for you during the event.
