Airfare DEADLINE: Monday, April 22, 2024
We will all fly on the same flight(s) to and from Mérida, but each individual will be responsible for purchasing his own flight/luggage.
In order to ensure everyone can secure passage on the same flights, we will set a purchasing window. Here is how it will work:
On Monday, April 22, at 7:00pm, the flight info (flight number, airline, flight time, etc.) will be shared. Everyone will need to book their flight(s) that evening to ensure we are all on the same flight(s).

Passport DEADLINE: Sunday, July 21, 2024

Each individual will be responsible to secure their own passport. This process can take 4-6 weeks after submission of application
Land package payment DEADLINE: Wednesday, August 7, 2024
Includes lodging, in-country transportation, lunch and dinner most days. Some meals are not covered, and therefore will be purchased separately by each individual.
OTHER ITEMS FOR PREPARATION
Mérida is very westernized and modern. Knowledge of Spanish will be helpful, but not necessary.
Mérida is typically considered the safest city in all of Mexico, and one of the safest cities in North America.
Be prepared to give the Gospel. Interpreters will be available for witnessing opportunities.
